By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using any part of the kd66 platform (available at kd66.ws), you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and kd66 with respect to your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kd66 platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

kd66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the operative language for the interpretation and enforcement of all provisions. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the binding nature of the English version.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one kd66 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where kd66 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be suspended, bonus balances will be forfeited, and real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your kd66 account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party. kd66 will never request your password through any communication channel. You should use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where offered.

Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your kd66 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

kd66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour; provision of false information; or receipt of a regulatory or legal directive. In such cases, kd66 will retain any bonus balances and may withhold real-money funds pending investigation.

kd66 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These offer-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money funds by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the offer terms) before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in the specific offer terms.
• kd66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been claimed in error, obtained through abusive behaviour, or awarded due to a technical fault.

Where bonus abuse is identified, kd66 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the associated account.

Seasonal Promotions

kd66 may run special promotions tied to seasonal events including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup events. These promotions will be governed by specific terms published at the time of each event.

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where prohibited conduct is identified, kd66 will take immediate action including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials to fund a kd66 account.
• Money Laundering: Using kd66 to process, disguise, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. kd66 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or other multi-player game format.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the kd66 platform on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in bad faith after real-money gaming activity has taken place. All chargeback disputes will be contested with full transaction evidence.
• Abuse of Bonuses: Exploiting bonus mechanics, wagering requirements, or promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, as determined at kd66's sole discretion.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the kd66 platform, its servers, databases, or any associated infrastructure.
• Underage Play: Allowing or facilitating access to kd66 by any person under the age of 18.

kd66 reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct at its sole and absolute discretion. Decisions made by kd66 in this regard are final and binding.
